Return Policy

Returns

At PRIME.AE  we offer you a 3-days return policy. If you are not happy with the product you ordered, you can request for your product to be returned. All you need to do is: Find your order or if you cannot find your order here Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the process.

We will record your return request and send you a return pick-up airway bill or a tracking number.

Our courier partner will call you and pick up the product(s) from you. Please make sure you attach the original invoice along with all the details of your order.

Please note the following conditions must be met for us to be able to process a return successfully:

  1. An item may only be returned within 3 working days from your bill date
  2. It must be in its original packaging along with its original tags and labels
  3. Items less than 100AED value are not eligible for returns
  4. Items with No Warranty are not eligible for returns

Warranty

The warranty is valid only on the presence of serial no.of the product. PRIME.AE reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer. Obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement the defective part or at its discretion replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself. Warranty repairs must be carried out by a PRIME.AE Authorized Service Centre.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty will be the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy and neither PRIME.AE nor its service centres listed in this warranty document shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or breach of any express or implied warranty of this product. DISCLAIMER: PRIME.AE shall not be liable for the loss of any saved/stored data in products that are either repaired or replaced.
  2. Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with the instructions and technical or safety standards prescribed in the product user manual. Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of PRIME.AE.
  3. Unauthorized modifications carried out to the product in order to comply with local or international technical standards in countries for which this PRIME.AE  product was not originally designed.
  4. Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in the product user manual. The serial no. on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
  5. The batteries are charged by chargers other than those approved by Manufacturer. Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering.
